In 1910, The T.B. Ackerson Company moved its executive offices to West 34th Street, directly across from the original Waldorf-Astoria. It featured a full miniature reproduction of Brightwaters for prospective buyers, “covering 110 sq feet, showing the topography of the property, its environments, hundreds of pretty homes (architecturally reproduced in miniature, even to the color scheme).”
